About Us
Western Kentucky Healthcare System (WKHS), a departmental entity of
Jennie Stuart Medical Center (JSMC), is a Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) formed in the year 2000. WKHS is composed of JSMC and over 100 providers of varying specialties. WKHS is located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and serves a five county service area made up of Caldwell, Christian, Muhlenburg, Todd and Trigg Counties.
The mission of WKHS is to develop a market driven, proactive, value-based organization providing quality, cost-effective care and improved health status of the community it serves. This mission is to be accomplished through education, continuing quality improvement, quantifiable measures, and accountability.
